Orprotec 2011 has started its foreign promotion campaign, organised within the framework of the joint internationalisation plan organised by Feria Valencia and the health and social welfare industry here in Spain. Especially noteworthy among Orprotec's new actions is its active participation in major international trade events in the sector to promote its upcoming edition.

Nearly 6000 professionals visited Orprotec 2009, the International Fair for Orthopaedics and Technical Aids and Technology for the Disabled and the Elderly, from 26th to 28th November at Feria Valencia. The fair showcased the product offering of a total of 120 direct exhibitors and almost 300 companies exhibiting through representatives, with all showing their latest innovations designed to improve independent living. 20% of exhibitors were from abroad, hailing from Germany, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Pakistan and Portugal - proof that the fair is truly international.

Orprotec'09 is celebrating its tenth anniversary from November 26th to 28th at Feria Valencia with over 120 direct exhibitors and more than 200 represented brands. Orprotec is the biggest orthopaedic and technical aids show held in Spain and a leader in the whole Mediterranean basin, making it an event no one in the personal autonomy sector can afford to miss.
